Shipping Policy
We currently ship within the continental United States only. At this time, we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or international destinations. Orders must be shipped to a valid physical street address. We cannot guarantee delivery to P.O. Boxes, and we are not responsible for packages addressed to a P.O. Box that fail to arrive.
We use major carriers for delivery. Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on your order and location. Currently, eligible orders of $200 or more in qualifying products may receive free shipping within our shipping range. From time to time, we offer free shipping promotions. On designated “stack days,” this threshold may be temporarily lowered to orders $100 or more. Please note that oversized, overweight, or otherwise non-qualifying items may be excluded from free or reduced shipping offers.
Customers are responsible for any additional tariffs, fees, or surcharges that may apply to their order.
We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit. However, if your order is lost or arrives damaged, we will gladly assist you in filing a claim with the shipping carrier.
Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, even if an item is returned. For details on returns, including our policy of accepting returns only for manufacturing errors, please refer to our Return Policy below.
Return & Refund Policy
Because each item in our shop is created, sourced, or prepared specifically for your order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us right away.
We cannot accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as buyer’s remorse, dislike of design, or sizing/fit issues. Please review product details, sizing charts, and shipping information carefully before ordering.
Refunds or replacements will only be issued if the item arrives damaged, defective, or with a major production error. In such cases, you must contact us within 5 business days of delivery with photos and a description of the issue. Claims made after this window cannot be honored.
For purchases made through a mobile device or third-party marketplace, that platform’s refund policy will apply, and Steader Life has no responsibility or liability for issuing refunds under such policies.
Steader Life reserves the right to deny any return, refund, or replacement request that does not meet these requirements or that we determine to be fraudulent or abusive.
